Our Milk and Dark Chocolate Clusters are made by hand using a marble slab to regulate the chocolate temperature. Some say its a lost art, some say its a science of the crystallization of the chocolate, but everyone agrees that it produces outstanding treats! We offer One Pound or Half Pound Boxes of each flavor or of mixed flavor by type of cluster or type of chocolate.

There are approximately 20-25 Clusters in a Half Pound.
